  • Director and Producer

    With a background in broadcast, animation, journalism, and marketing, Jenn leads Plover Productions as Director and Producer. Jenn is a highly adaptable leader, whose collaborative style helps her excel on video projects of all kinds — from breaking news to cinematic documentaries to commercials.

    Jenn is especially experienced in project management, hiring, team building, casting high-profile talent, securing location access, production coordination with studios, managing source relationships, and budgeting — all while negotiating every detail of the production process with key stakeholders. Her unique intersection of creative and project management skills allow her to tackle the toughest production challenges with an integrated and nimble plan of action.

  • Director of Photography, Graphics Editor

    Drawn to a naturalistic approaches in cinematography, Prab is skilled at blending visual genres together to help tell the story in the best way possible. Off set, he does 3D motion graphics and color grading. With experience in the post department as well, Prab brings the sensibilities of an editor, VFX artist, and colorist to every set — along with with a drive to bring a vision to life. He has shot video for Apple, Hulu, and Sports Illustrated.

  • Editor

    Cureha is a swiss army knife on and off set. With experience editing and producing feature films, short films, documentaries, episodic content and TV series, she has a knack for filling in the gaps on any project. Her contributions have appeared on Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and The New Yorker Magazine.


  • Sound Operator

  • Director of Photography

    Erika Staud is a DP from the Bay Area. She is passionate about telling stories from perspectives and communities often forgotten — or kept out of the spotlight. She utilizes her background in gaffing to paint beautiful images with light, whether natural or artificial. And she loves to find the heart of every project —from branded content to lifestyle to character-driven documentaries. Erika has worked with Discovery, PBS, AFP, eBay, and The New York Times, and understands how to enhance a brand’s voice through visual storytelling. She is also a Part 107 FAA Certified commercial drone operator.

  • Writer

    Kate Harloe is an independent writer based in New York. As a magazine writer, she has a knack for spotting a story’s arch and bringing characters to life in script format for video production. Her work has appeared in Mother Jones magazine, Nieman Lab, San Francisco Magazine, the San Francisco Chronicle, North Country Public Radio, The Rumpus, and elsewhere. She also has a background in production; recently, she co-produced the feature-length documentary film The Highest Standard (2023), and worked on the six-part documentary series, She Creates Change (2023), as both a script-writer and producer.
